1. Introduction
Welcome to 1ClickIndexer, a URL submission, crawler dispatch, and SEO indexing assistance platform operated by 1ClickIndexer.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the 1ClickIndexer website, account dashboard, URL indexing services, credit packages, backlink-related services, APIs, technical tools, and other features made available through our platform.
By accessing the website, creating an account, purchasing credits, submitting URLs, or using any of our services, you agree to these Terms and our applicable Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and service-specific conditions.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please discontinue using the services.
In these Terms, “1ClickIndexer,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the platform and its operating company. “You” and “your” refer to any individual, business, agency, or organization using our services.
2. Eligibility and Account Registration
You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law to use our services.
When registering for an account, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
- Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- Keep your account information up to date.
- Use your account only for lawful purposes.
- Notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized access.
- Comply with these Terms and applicable laws.
You are responsible for activity conducted through your account, subject to applicable law and our own security obligations.
We may request reasonable verification information when necessary to prevent fraud, protect accounts, investigate suspicious activity, or comply with legal requirements.
Creating accounts through false identities, impersonation, or attempts to bypass account restrictions is prohibited.
3. Description of Services
1ClickIndexer provides digital tools intended to assist website owners, publishers, SEO professionals, and digital marketing agencies with URL submission, crawler discovery, indexing workflows, and website link analysis.
Depending on the product or plan selected, our services may include:
- Single URL submission.
- Bulk URL submission and validation.
- Crawler dispatch and submission tracking.
- Googlebot and IndexNow-related status or dispatch information, where supported.
- Bulk CSV and plain-text URL uploads.
- Submission history and performance reports.
- Automated retry functionality, where included in the applicable plan.
- Developer API and webhook access, where available.
- Sitemap URL extraction.
- Robots.txt and noindex checks.
- HTTP status and broken-link checking.
- Backlink-related services and other SEO tools.
Features may differ by product, package, account eligibility, and current technical availability. A feature will be included in your purchase only when it is expressly offered for that product or plan.
We may update, improve, or modify the platform to maintain security, improve functionality, or comply with legal requirements. Any material changes affecting existing purchases will be handled in accordance with applicable law and relevant contractual commitments.
4. URL Indexing and Search Engine Disclaimer
Search engines independently determine whether to crawl, evaluate, index, rank, or display a webpage.
You acknowledge that:
- Submitting a URL is not the same as confirming its inclusion in a search engine index.
- A successful crawler dispatch does not guarantee crawling or indexing.
- A webpage may be crawled without being indexed.
- Indexing times and outcomes vary by website, URL, content quality, technical configuration, and search engine policies.
- Search engines may exclude pages because of duplicate content, canonical directives, noindex instructions, robots.txt restrictions, content quality, spam signals, website reputation, algorithm changes, or other factors.
- Search engine decisions and third-party system availability are outside our control.
Any estimated indexing percentages, performance figures, processing times, or examples displayed on our website — including the estimated 90% to 95% success rate for Instant Indexing and the estimated 40% to 50% success rate for Regular Bulk Indexing — are informational estimates based on historical crawler campaigns, not guarantees for individual URLs or accounts.
Our commitment to processing or dispatching an eligible submission does not constitute a guarantee of search engine indexing, keyword rankings, organic traffic, leads, sales, or revenue. All Regular Bulk Indexing submissions are processed via our standard high-volume queue (40%–50% estimated success rate) and are strictly non-refundable once submitted.
5. Pricing and Available Plans (Instant & Regular Indexing)
1ClickIndexer offers two distinct indexing tiers: ⚡ Instant Indexing Plans (90%–95% Estimated Success Rate) and 🌱 Regular Bulk Indexing Plans (40%–50% Estimated Success Rate). A standard 2% payment gateway processing fee is added at checkout.

The applicable checkout page will determine the final amount payable, the specific product purchased, applicable taxes, and the number of credits allocated.
The intended audiences described on the pricing page are:
- Starter: Small SEO users and blogs.
- Growth: Freelancers and regular SEO users.
- Professional: SEO professionals and businesses.
- Agency: High-volume agencies and teams.
Features may include priority dispatch, bulk uploads, reporting, API access, automated retries, dedicated infrastructure, or support arrangements, depending on the selected plan and actual availability.
Any dedicated support, service-level agreement, dedicated account management, or custom integration will be provided only where expressly included in the relevant purchase or separately agreed in writing.
5.1 Pricing Changes
We may revise prices, plan names, feature availability, or credit allocations for future purchases.
A price change will not retroactively alter a completed purchase unless the change is required by law or otherwise agreed with you.

5.2 Custom and Agency Pricing
Users requiring custom volumes, enterprise integrations, agency rates, or specialized API arrangements may contact our team for a quotation.
Custom pricing, additional credits, and service commitments are effective only when confirmed by us in writing.
6. Credit System and Expiry
1ClickIndexer uses credits to measure eligible URL submission or processing operations.
The credit balance, required credits, and applicable processing conditions should be displayed through the relevant account or submission interface.
6.1 Credit Allocation
Credits are allocated after a successful purchase has been confirmed by the payment provider and the applicable order has been processed.
We aim to make purchased credits available promptly. Allocation may be delayed by payment verification, technical failures, security checks, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
6.2 Credit Expiry
The pricing page states that purchased credits do not expire.
Accordingly, credits purchased under a package advertised as non-expiring remain available for future eligible submissions, subject to these Terms, applicable product conditions, account security, and applicable law.
We will not impose an undisclosed routine expiry period on credits sold with an explicit non-expiry promise.
6.3 Credit Deduction
Credits may be deducted when an eligible submission is accepted for processing or when the applicable dispatch operation is initiated, as disclosed in the service interface.
A credit may be consumed when our platform has successfully performed the purchased processing operation even if the destination search engine subsequently decides not to crawl or index the URL.
Credits will not be treated as successfully consumed where our records establish that the corresponding operation was not performed and a credit restoration is required under Section 8.
6.4 Credit Balances
Credits are service entitlements, not cash deposits, bank balances, or independently redeemable financial instruments.
Credits may be used only for the services supported by the relevant account or product.
Credits cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged for cash unless expressly permitted by us or required by applicable law.
7. Payments, Billing, and Taxes
Payments for 1ClickIndexer services are processed by 1ClickIndexer through the payment facilities made available at checkout, including Cashfree Payments where applicable.
Supported payment methods may include UPI, debit cards, credit cards, net banking, and other payment options presented during checkout.
By completing a purchase, you confirm that:
- You are authorized to use the selected payment method.
- The billing information you provide is accurate.
- You have reviewed the product, credit quantity, price, and applicable terms.
- You authorize the payment provider to process the transaction.
Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR), unless otherwise specified.
Applicable taxes, including GST where required, will be charged in accordance with applicable law and the checkout information.
Invoices and transaction receipts will be issued as applicable. You should retain your order confirmation and payment reference for billing enquiries.
7.1 One-Time Purchases and Recurring Billing
The existence of a plan described as monthly does not, by itself, authorize recurring charges.
Unless the checkout clearly identifies a recurring subscription and you expressly authorize it, a purchase will be treated as a one-time transaction for the stated product or credit package.
If recurring billing is offered for a particular product, the billing frequency, renewal price, cancellation process, and applicable conditions must be disclosed at checkout before authorization.
You may contact support to resolve billing questions or report a suspected unauthorized transaction.
7.2 Failed or Duplicate Payments
If a payment is deducted but credits are not allocated, contact support with your order reference and available payment proof.
We will investigate the transaction and, where appropriate, arrange credit allocation, a payment reversal, or another remedy in accordance with the transaction records and applicable law.
Duplicate charges and confirmed billing errors will be reviewed and corrected where justified.
8. Technical Failures and Credit Restoration
We aim to process eligible URL submissions reliably. However, technical errors, network interruptions, or service downtime may occasionally prevent a submission from being processed as intended.
8.1 Eligible Processing Failures
Where our system confirms that a submission could not be parsed or processed because of a platform-side failure or system downtime, we will automatically restore the affected credits where the restoration mechanism is available.
If automatic restoration does not occur, you may contact support with the relevant submission or transaction details for investigation.
Where the failure is verified, we will provide the applicable credit restoration or another appropriate remedy.
8.2 Successful Dispatch but No Search Engine Indexing
If the platform successfully performs the purchased dispatch or submission operation, the fact that a search engine does not subsequently index the URL does not, by itself, mean that the processing service failed.
Search engine indexing is independently controlled by the relevant search engine.
Consequently, credits used for a successfully performed submission are generally not restored solely because the URL remains absent from search results.
8.3 Incorrect Status or Reporting
If you believe a submission status or processing report is incorrect, please contact support with the relevant URL, submission identifier, and available evidence.
We will review the information and correct a confirmed platform reporting error where appropriate.
9. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Because our services are digital and processing may begin shortly after a purchase or submission, refund eligibility depends on the nature and status of the transaction.
9.1 Successfully Dispatched Submissions
Credits associated with successfully dispatched submissions are generally non-refundable once the purchased processing operation has been performed.
A subsequent decision by Google, Bing, or another search engine not to index a URL does not, by itself, entitle the user to a refund.
9.2 Platform-Side Processing Failures
Where a verified platform-side failure prevents the purchased operation from being performed, we will apply the credit-restoration or other remedy described in Section 8.
A failed operation will not be treated as successfully completed merely because a credit was initially deducted.
9.3 Unused Credits
Unused credits are subject to the conditions disclosed for the purchased product and the applicable Refund Policy.
Non-expiring credits do not automatically create a right to a cash refund. However, a mandatory refund entitlement or other remedy available under applicable law will be respected.
9.4 Duplicate Charges and Unauthorized Transactions
Duplicate charges, confirmed billing errors, and substantiated unauthorized transactions will be investigated.
Where appropriate, the affected payment will be corrected, reversed, or refunded in accordance with applicable law and the payment provider's procedures.
9.5 Statutory Rights
Nothing in these Terms excludes any consumer right or legal remedy that cannot lawfully be waived.

10. Acceptable Use Policy
You may use 1ClickIndexer only for lawful activities and authorized URL submissions.
You must not use the platform to:
- Submit URLs containing malware, phishing pages, ransomware, or other harmful software.
- Facilitate fraud, identity theft, scams, or unlawful exploitation.
- Distribute illegal content or facilitate criminal activity.
- Infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, or other third-party rights.
- Submit websites or URLs without appropriate authorization.
- Attempt to bypass authentication, credit limits, usage restrictions, or security controls.
- Interfere with platform infrastructure, availability, or other users' access.
- Abuse APIs, automated submission facilities, or network resources.
- Misrepresent your identity, payment information, or authority to act on behalf of another party.
- Reverse engineer or exploit the platform except where prohibited by applicable law.
- Use our services in violation of applicable laws or relevant third-party service policies.
We may investigate suspected misuse and take proportionate action, including rejecting submissions, limiting access, suspending accounts, or terminating access where reasonably justified.
Any account action and any associated credit or refund decision will be subject to applicable law and the relevant product conditions.
11. Account Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or restrict access when reasonably necessary to address fraud, unauthorized access, security risks, material violations of these Terms, or legal requirements.
Where reasonably practicable and legally permitted, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue before imposing significant restrictions.
You may stop using the service at any time. If you wish to close your account, contact support or use the account-closure functionality where available.
Upon termination, your access to the relevant services will end. The handling of unused credits, outstanding payments, personal information, and billing records will be determined by the applicable product terms, our Privacy Policy, and applicable law.
Termination does not remove obligations or liabilities that accrued before termination.
12. Third-Party Services and Search Engines
1ClickIndexer may rely on or interact with third-party infrastructure, payment providers, search engines, APIs, and external services.
Third-party providers independently control their services, availability, access requirements, and policies.
We are not responsible for independent third-party decisions or outages except to the extent liability arises from our own obligations or cannot lawfully be excluded.
Google, Googlebot, Bing, IndexNow, and other third-party names or marks belong to their respective owners.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, 1ClickIndexer is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google LLC, Microsoft Corporation, or another search engine provider.
Your use of third-party services may be subject to their own terms and policies.
13. Intellectual Property
The original software, design, branding, interface, documentation, and other proprietary materials made available through 1ClickIndexer are owned by or licensed to 1ClickIndexer, except for third-party materials.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access and use the platform for its intended purpose.
You must not copy, reproduce, redistribute, resell, or commercially exploit proprietary platform materials without authorization, except where expressly permitted by law or an applicable license.
You retain ownership of content and URLs you lawfully own or control. You authorize us to process submitted information to the extent reasonably necessary to provide the requested service, maintain platform security, and meet our legal obligations.
14. Privacy and Data Protection
Your use of 1ClickIndexer is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
Depending on the services you use, we may process account information, billing records, submitted URLs, technical logs, API activity, and other information necessary to operate the platform.
We use appropriate measures designed to protect information against unauthorized access, misuse, or disclosure.
No online service can guarantee absolute security.
Please review our Privacy Policy for information about personal data collection, use, retention, disclosures, and applicable privacy rights.
15. Service Availability
We aim to maintain reliable access to 1ClickIndexer but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Maintenance, technical failures, network problems, security incidents, third-party outages, and circumstances beyond our reasonable control may affect service availability.
We may temporarily restrict features or perform maintenance when necessary to protect the platform, implement updates, or meet legal requirements.
Where an applicable service commitment provides a specific remedy for downtime or a processing failure, that commitment will apply subject to its terms and applicable law.
16. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the platform is provided on an “as available” basis.
We do not warrant that:
- Every submitted URL will be crawled or indexed.
- Any particular indexing percentage will be achieved.
- A webpage will obtain or maintain a particular search ranking.
- A service will be continuously available without errors.
- Every third-party API or search engine will accept a submission.
- Use of the platform will generate a particular amount of traffic, leads, sales, or revenue.
We will make reasonable efforts to provide the services described on the applicable product page.
Nothing in this section excludes any warranty, right, or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.
17. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform where such exclusion is legally permitted.
Examples may include loss of anticipated profits, business opportunities, organic traffic, or expected search visibility resulting from independent search engine decisions.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Any limitation will apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law and will not remove mandatory consumer rights or remedies.
18. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you are responsible for claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising directly from your unlawful use of the platform, infringement of third-party rights, or material violation of these Terms.
This obligation does not apply to losses caused by our own unlawful conduct or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Where practicable and legally permitted, we will provide reasonable notice of a relevant claim.
19. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our services, pricing arrangements, business practices, security requirements, or applicable law.
The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective or last-updated date.
Where material changes require notice or consent under applicable law, we will follow those requirements.
Changes to pricing or product conditions will not retroactively alter completed purchases except where required by law or otherwise agreed with you.
Your continued use of the services after revised Terms take effect constitutes acceptance only to the extent legally valid.
20. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to applicable conflict-of-law rules and mandatory legal protections.
We encourage users to contact support first so that billing, technical, or account-related disputes can be reviewed in good faith.
If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it may be brought before a court or other competent forum in accordance with applicable law.
Nothing in this section restricts any right to approach a consumer commission, regulatory authority, or other competent forum where that right is available under applicable law.
21. General Provisions
Severability: If a provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
No Waiver: Failure to enforce a provision does not permanently waive that provision.
Assignment: You may not transfer your rights or obligations without our consent, except where applicable law permits otherwise. We may transfer contractual rights as part of a lawful business reorganization or transfer.
Force Majeure: We will not be responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control to the extent recognized under applicable law.
Entire Agreement: These Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Refund Policy, and any applicable service-specific terms collectively govern the relevant service. Mandatory law prevails over any inconsistent provision.
Electronic Acceptance: Electronic acceptance may constitute agreement to these Terms where legally valid.
