Cancellation & Refund Policy
1. Introduction
Welcome to 1ClickIndexer, a URL submission, crawler dispatch, and SEO indexing assistance platform operated by 1ClickIndexer.
This Cancellation & Refund Policy explains the conditions under which purchases, credit allocations, URL submissions, technical processing failures, cancellations, and refund requests are handled.
Our services are digital products. Purchased credits may be allocated to your account immediately after payment, and URL processing may begin shortly after a submission is initiated.
Because the service involves digital processing, the refund eligibility of a transaction depends on whether the purchased service has been performed, whether a technical failure occurred, and whether a refund or other remedy is required by applicable law.
This policy should be read together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
By purchasing or using our services, you acknowledge this policy, subject to your non-waivable rights under applicable law.
2. Pricing and Digital Credit Packages
1ClickIndexer offers credit-based URL submission services through the packages displayed on its pricing page.
The published packages include:
| Plan | Published price | Credit allocation |
|---|---|---|
| Starter | ₹699 | 100 URL credits |
| Growth | ₹2,999 | 500 URL credits |
| Professional | ₹24,999 | 5,000 URL credits |
| Agency | ₹2,49,999 | 50,000 URL credits |
The actual amount payable, credit quantity, included features, and applicable taxes will be determined by the product and checkout details presented at the time of purchase.
Purchased credits are advertised as non-expiring. Subject to the applicable product terms, they remain available for future eligible submissions without a routine expiry date.
3. General Refund Policy
When a submission has been successfully processed and dispatched according to the applicable service, the purchased operation has been performed even if a search engine subsequently decides not to crawl or index the submitted URL.
Accordingly, the following circumstances do not automatically qualify for a refund:
- A submitted URL is not indexed by Google or another search engine.
- A URL takes longer than expected to appear in search results.
- A search engine crawls a URL but does not include it in its index.
- Search engine algorithms, policies, or ranking systems change.
- A submitted webpage contains duplicate content or technical indexing restrictions.
- A URL is inaccessible or unsuitable because of the customer's website configuration.
- The customer changes their mind after a successfully dispatched submission.
- The customer purchases more credits than they currently need.
This general rule applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law and does not override the remedies described in this policy for verified platform failures, billing errors, or other legally refundable transactions.
4. Failed Processing and Automatic Credit Restoration
We aim to process eligible URL submissions reliably. However, platform-side errors, system downtime, or technical interruptions may occasionally prevent a submission from being processed as intended.
4.1 Eligible Technical Failures
If a URL submission cannot be parsed or processed because of a verified platform-side failure or system downtime, the affected credits will be automatically restored where the applicable restoration mechanism is available.
This protection is intended to ensure that customers are not charged credits for processing operations that our system failed to perform.
4.2 When Automatic Restoration Applies
Credit restoration may apply when our system records establish that:
- A platform-side technical error prevented the submission from being processed.
- System downtime prevented the relevant dispatch operation.
- A processing operation failed before the purchased service was performed.
- An eligible submission was incorrectly charged because of a confirmed internal processing error.
The specific number of credits restored will correspond to the verified failed operation.
4.3 When Automatic Restoration Does Not Apply
Credit restoration does not automatically apply merely because:
- A successfully dispatched URL is not indexed.
- A search engine does not respond with a confirmed indexing result.
- A search engine changes its crawling or indexing behaviour.
- A customer's website blocks crawlers or contains unsuitable technical directives.
- The submitted URL is invalid or inaccessible for reasons outside our platform's control.
If you believe that a submission failed but credits were not restored, contact our support team with the relevant submission ID, URL, and approximate submission time.
We will investigate the available records and apply the appropriate remedy if the failure is verified.
4.4 Credit Restoration Versus Cash Refund
Credit restoration returns the applicable credits to your 1ClickIndexer account. It is not the same as a cash refund to your original payment method.
A verified processing failure will generally be addressed through the credit-restoration mechanism described above, unless a cash refund or another remedy is required by applicable law or expressly approved under the circumstances.
5. Search Engine Indexing Is Not Guaranteed
1ClickIndexer facilitates URL submission and crawler-dispatch workflows. Search engines independently decide whether and when to crawl, evaluate, index, or display webpages.
A successful submission or dispatch does not guarantee that a URL will appear in search results.
Consequently, a URL remaining unindexed after successful processing does not, by itself, establish a failure of the purchased service.
We do not promise a specific indexing timeline, ranking position, organic traffic level, or commercial outcome.
Any indexing estimates or performance figures displayed on our website are informational and do not create an unconditional refund entitlement based solely on the final search engine outcome.
6. Refund Eligibility
Refund requests are assessed according to the transaction and service status.
6.1 Successfully Dispatched Submissions
Payments attributable to successfully dispatched submissions are generally non-refundable once the purchased processing operation has been performed.
This includes cases in which a search engine subsequently declines to index the URL.
6.2 Unused Credits
Unused credits remain available according to the purchased package's non-expiry conditions.
Unused credits are not automatically refundable solely because a customer no longer needs them or has stopped using the platform.
However, a refund may be available where required by applicable law, where a transaction qualifies under an expressly applicable refund commitment, or where we approve a refund after reviewing the circumstances.
6.3 Failed Credit Allocation
If payment succeeds but the purchased credits are not allocated to your account, please contact support.
After verifying the payment and order records, we will arrange the appropriate correction, which may include credit allocation, a payment reversal, or another legally appropriate remedy.
6.4 Duplicate Payments
If you are charged more than once for the same order, submit the relevant transaction references.
We will investigate the duplicate charges and, where verified, arrange an appropriate correction or refund.
6.5 Unauthorized Transactions
If you believe that a transaction was made without your authorization, contact us promptly and notify your payment provider where appropriate.
We will review the transaction information and cooperate with the relevant investigation, subject to applicable law and security requirements.
6.6 Material Service Failure
If we are unable to provide a purchased service and cannot resolve the issue through the applicable credit-restoration process, we will assess the case and provide an appropriate remedy where warranted.
Nothing in this policy prevents a refund where one is required under applicable law.
7. Cancellation Policy
7.1 One-Time Credit Purchases
Where a purchase is a one-time credit transaction, there is generally no recurring subscription to cancel.
After a successful purchase, the credits will be allocated according to the relevant product terms. The customer may choose when to use eligible non-expiring credits, subject to the applicable service conditions.
A request to cancel a completed one-time purchase does not automatically reverse the transaction.
7.2 Recurring Subscriptions, If Offered
If a particular product is offered through a recurring subscription, the applicable checkout page will disclose the renewal frequency, billing amount, and cancellation procedure.
Where recurring billing has been authorized, you may cancel future renewals through the available account controls or by contacting support.
Cancellation will ordinarily prevent future renewals according to the disclosed billing terms. It does not automatically refund a previous payment or reverse services already provided.
Any mandatory cancellation or refund rights under applicable law will be respected.
7.3 Cancellation Before Processing
If you request cancellation before a purchased service has been processed or dispatched, contact support immediately.
We will review the order status and determine whether cancellation, a refund, or another remedy is available under the applicable product terms and law.
Once processing has begun or the service has been successfully performed, cancellation may no longer be possible for the completed operation.
8. How to Request a Refund or Credit Correction
To request a refund review, credit restoration, or billing correction, contact our support team using the details in Section 12.
Please include the following information where applicable:
- Your registered account email.
- Order or transaction reference.
- Date and approximate time of payment.
- The relevant URL or submission ID.
- The number of credits affected.
- A brief explanation of the problem.
- Supporting screenshots or payment confirmation, if available.
Providing accurate information helps us investigate the request efficiently.
We may request additional information where necessary to verify ownership of the account, confirm the payment, or investigate the technical issue.
9. Review and Resolution Process
Once we receive a refund or credit-related request, we will review the available transaction, account, and processing records.
Depending on the case, our investigation may include:
- Verifying the payment status.
- Confirming the order and purchased credit quantity.
- Reviewing submission and dispatch logs.
- Checking for platform-side processing errors.
- Confirming whether credits were allocated, used, or restored.
- Assessing any applicable legal or contractual refund entitlement.
We aim to respond within a reasonable period. The time required may vary according to the complexity of the issue, the information supplied, and any investigation required by the payment provider.
If the request is approved, the remedy may include credit allocation, credit restoration, a refund to the original payment method, or another appropriate resolution.
Where a cash refund is approved, processing and settlement times may depend on the payment provider and banking system.
We will communicate the outcome using the contact information associated with your request or account.
10. Refund Processing and Payment Reversals
Where a cash refund is approved, it will generally be initiated through the original payment method or payment channel where supported.
The actual time for the amount to appear in your account may depend on the payment provider, issuing bank, payment method, and applicable processing procedures.
A refund initiation confirmation does not necessarily mean that the receiving bank has completed the settlement.
If a refund is delayed beyond the communicated period, you may contact support with the relevant order reference so that we can investigate the status.
Any reversal, refund, or adjustment will be documented according to our applicable transaction and accounting procedures.
11. Consumer Rights and Legal Compliance
This policy is intended to establish transparent rules for digital service purchases. It does not remove rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer protection, payment-related, or other statutory right available to you under applicable Indian law.
Where a statutory refund, cancellation, or other remedy applies, we will handle the request in accordance with the relevant legal requirements.
If a provision of this policy conflicts with a mandatory legal requirement, the mandatory legal requirement will prevail.
